WHAT IS YOUR TURNAROUND TIME?

Current turn is estimated 10 working days. Each item is made by hand personalised to ensure you receive great quality items, so if it runs over slightly please be patient. If you need an order quicker than the current turnaround you can buy the “Rush My Order” product for £5, which will prioritise your order. If you have any questions regarding turnaround please email me.

HOW DOES POSTAGE WORK?

We use Royal Mail to post our items to you, and delivery time will vary depending on the size of your parcel. Our postage is calculated by Royal Mail using the combined weight and size of the products you order, so rest assured the postage that comes up is always correct!

WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY ORDER?

Once you have received your email saying your order has been dispatched, you can expect to receive it up to 2-3 days after, excluding Weekends & Bank Holidays.

WHAT IF I WANT MY ORDER QUICKLY?

If you need your order in a hurry we have just the thing for you! We offer a “Rush my Order” Service, where we will prioritise your order above the rest and prepare it as quickly as we can. You will get your items even faster for only £5. Just add “Rush My Order” to your cart and we will get on with it ASAP!

CAN I AMEND MY ORDER?

Unfortunately, once you have placed your order we can’t change it. Please be sure to take your time in customising your design your own products, check they are spelt right and you have selected the perfect options for you.

WHAT IF I CHANGE MY MIND AFTER I PLACE MY ORDER?

ARE LABELS EASY TO APPLY?

Yes, the vinyls are really easy to apply. Full instructions are sent out with every order.

The application of vinyl is a simple 4 step process:

(1) Clean the area with water, do not use detergent or fairy liquid as these leave residue

(2) Remove the decal transfer paper (comes ready applied to the word)

(3) Apply your vinyl word to your chosen surface and smooth over the decal with a credit card or squeegee firmly with your hands.

(4) Remove the clear application tape from the front of the decal.
