WHAT IS YOUR TURNAROUND TIME?
Current turn is estimated 10 working days. Each item is made by hand, personalised to ensure you receive great quality items, so if it runs over slightly please be patient. If you need an order quicker than the current turnaround you can buy the “Rush My Order” product for £5, which will prioritise your order and puts it to the front of the list. If you have any questions regarding turnaround please email me.
HOW DOES POSTAGE WORK?
I use Royal Mail tracked to post out items to you. You will receive tracking information so you can track your parcel.

If you need your order in a hurry we have just the thing for you! We offer a “Rush my Order” Service, where we will prioritise your order above the rest and prepare it as quickly as we can. You will get your items even faster for only £5. Just add “Rush My Order” to your cart and we will get on with it ASAP! This speeds up the process. CAN I AMEND MY ORDER?
WHAT IF I CHANGE MY MIND AFTER I PLACE MY ORDER?
ARE LABELS EASY TO APPLY?
Yes, the vinyls are really easy to apply. Full instructions are sent out with every order.
The application of vinyl is a simple 4 step process:
(1) Clean the area with water, do not use detergent or fairy liquid as these leave residue
(2) Remove the decal transfer paper (comes ready applied to the word)
(3) Apply your vinyl word to your chosen surface and smooth over the decal with a credit card or squeegee firmly with your hands.
(4) Remove the clear application tape from the front of the decal.
CAN YOU REMOVE THE LABELS?
Yes, the vinyls can be removed. Once they are stuck in position they cannot be moved. The vinyl is a strong adhesive but it is possible to remove it without damaging the original surface.
WHAT IS CLASSED AS ONE LABEL?
“Shower Gel” would still be classed as one label, even though is 2 words it would go together on one of our products.
HOW DO I WASH MY NEW LUCIE. THE. LABEL. PRODUCT?
The vinyl lettering is waterproof but please take extra care when cleaning around the vinyl area (NOT dishwasher safe) We advise you to hand wash all items that have been labelled gently but do not leave them to soak.
Clothing – please wash on a 30 degree heat, do not tumble dry or iron on the print, please iron on reverse.
