Returns
- We accept returns on non-customised items within 14 days of delivery.
- Items must be unused, in their original condition, and in original packaging.
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
Non-Returnable Items
- Custom designs (including personalised labels, printed clothing, and bespoke orders) cannot be returned or refunded unless faulty.
Refunds
- Once we receive your return, I will inspect it and notify you of approval or rejection.
- Approved refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days, credited back to the original payment method.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to a fault or error on our part.
Exchanges
- If you need a different size or style, we recommend placing a new order and returning the original item for a refund.
Faulty or Incorrect Items
- If you receive a faulty or incorrect item, please contact us at [email protected] within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or refund where applicable.
- Please note I cannot be held responsible for incorrect spellings on our ‘Design Your Own’ Products.
