1. Measure Your Chest

Stand with good posture and wrap a measuring tape under your arms, around your back, and across the fullest part of your chest. Ensure the tape is level and parallel to the floor for an accurate measurement.

2. Measure Your Body Length

Measure from the highest point of your shoulder (where your neck meets your shoulder) straight down to your hips.

3. Measure Your Sleeve Length

With your arm slightly bent, measure from the centre of the back of your neck, over your shoulder, and down to your wrist. Make sure to follow the natural curve of your arm.
